How much do you charge for shipping?
Shipping costs are FREE for orders $100 or more. Otherwise, we will calculate the shipping based on your location and the items you purchased.
How long will it take to arrive?
Typically it will take 20 to 25 business days for your order to be delivered.
Can I have a tracking number?
Unfortunately, for keeping our shipping costs low, we are not able to provide you a tracking number, but you can always contact us to request a status update on your order.
What options do I have for paying?
To guaranty the safety of your financial information and the safety of your purchase we only work with PayPal. You can pay using a PayPal account or with your credit card.
What if the product does not work?
We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee, if the product does not work or for some reason you are not 100% satisfied just let us know, and we will replace it or will give you a coupon for the value of your purchase for you to spend in our store.

My order did arrive but it is not complete, what should I do?
If you order different items it’s possible that you will receive multiple shipments, so don’t worry if you don’t receive all your items in the first package, the rest will be arriving shortly. You can always contact us to request a status update on your order.
My order did not arrive yet, how long should I wait before asking for a refund?
Most of the postal deliveries performed by flat rate shipping companies and standard shipping companies, i.e., EMS can be delivered within 25 business days.
However deliveries can be delayed by multiple factors such as weather, peak season, third party, customs or other government officials; “Force Majeure” – e.g. earthquake, cyclone, storm, flood, fog, war, plane crash or embargo, riot or civil commotion, industrial action.
Therefore we will use a delivery deadline of 60 days after shipment to confirm the item loss and offer compensation.
